Needed new garage door opener and some replacement parts For the door. Shal was responsive and did the work same day and was friendly and efficient. even moved the button as it was high for this short person. It was fairly expensive but I did not think it was unfairly priced. Everything now works beautifully.

This guy showed up on time, was courteous, polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable about garage doors. It's hard to find people who take their job seriously. he took care of servicing my garage door replacing the rubber seal on the bottom, charged me a reasonable price and was done efficiently. He even threw in a few extras. I appreciate this type of business and would recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.

Excellent Service provided by Tech. Shal. He was here the same day and repaired our garage door in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell at all. My garage door came off the rail, there was a big gap on the top and the door could not close all the way. I called my home warranty and they sent another vendor which all they did was take my money, barely looked at the door and said it could not be fixed and instead tried to sell me a new door, which by the way would take a few days to order and install, so I would have been with a half open door for 2 or 4 more days. Shal, came and immediately said he could fix it and in less than an hour had the door 100% functional. He did say that I would eventually need a new garage door but was not pushy on getting me to purchase it. I asked him for a quote and feel very confident that the price will be reasonable. Would 100% recommend them. It's no wonder they have a 5 star rating. I should have gone with them first instead of wasting my time and money with Old republic's vendor.
